JCCA Voting Initiatives

Notes:

      1.  Unless otherwise specified, your vote is final once you submit it.

        2. You must indicate your JCCA address below for your vote to be valid and counted.

        3. Initiative Results when final will be posted on this page for a period of 1 month after final.

        4. Votes will be retained permanently per the JCCA By-Laws and their normal retention periods policies.

        5. Do not submit BOTH an on-line vote AND a paper ballot. Doing so may invalidate your vote.

        6. Your on-line vote will be confirmed via return e-Mail to you ONLY if you include your e-Mail address below.

        7. ONLY on-line votes from a valid Jasmine Creek Resident e-Mail Address will be counted.

        8. Other restrictions and safeguards may be implemented in the future for special Initiatives.

        9. This site is a public polling place for JCCA Residents only, and all applicable laws are in effect with this site.

       10. Fraudulent vote submissions and practices are a serious crime under California Laws, and will be prosecuted.
