The next scheduled painting cycle will take place August through November of 2011. The streets included in this upcoming phase are: Breakwater, Jasmine Creek (41-63), Jetty, Whitecap, Main Pool, Guard House and Clubhouse.

This next phase's scheduling is contingent upon resolution of the discoloration on the fascia boards.
