Profile of The Jasmine Creek Community Association

Who the Community Association Is:

     Jasmine Creek is a private community consisting of 324 homes.

    The Jasmine Creek Community Association is a nonprofit organization created to administer the affairs of the property owned jointly by all the residents of Jasmine Creek.

    This property, also known as common area, consists of streets, entry gate systems, tennis courts, spas, swimming pools, clubhouse and greenbelt areas.

    The Board of Directors of Jasmine Creek and 4 standing committees (Finance, Architectural, Landscape and Community Relations) work together in conducting the business of the Association.

    Residents are encouraged to join a committee and attend any meeting as a guest.

    An on-site Manager is employed to assist with the administration of Association affairs

What Does the Association Do?

   A Board of Directors consisting of five homeowners governs us; each serves a (3)year term.

   These volunteers administer the affairs of the Association in accordance with the CC&Rs and By-laws.

JCCA belongs to Community Associations Institute (CAI)
