Who the Community Association Is:
Jasmine
Creek is a private community consisting of 324 homes.
This
property, also known as common area, consists of streets, entry gate systems,
tennis courts, spas, swimming pools, clubhouse and greenbelt areas.
Residents
are encouraged to join a committee and attend any meeting as a guest.
What Does the Association Do? A Board of Directors consisting of five homeowners governs us; each serves a (3)year term. These volunteers administer the affairs of the Association in accordance with the CC&Rs and By-laws.
JCCA belongs to Community Associations Institute (CAI)
